Description
24 and 25 Eastport Lane is a pair of houses dating from the 18th century. The building features grey headers with red brick quoins, a band, and dressings. The left return front is weatherboarded, while the right return front is tile-hung. It has a plain tiled roof that is hipped to the left, with one stack at the left end and another behind the ridge on the right side of the rear wing. The structure is two storeys high and has a regular three-window front. The first floor has sliding sash windows, while the ground floor features glazing bar sashes. The entrance to number 25 includes a six-panel door with the upper pair of panels glazed and a flat hood above. There is also an archway with boarded doors to the right, leading to the entrance of number 24, which has a door to the left.
