Description
This is a house located at 1 Priory Crescent, built around 1835 to 1845, possibly by George Harman. It is constructed of yellow brick and features a stuccoed band, parapet, and window heads. The house has a slate roof with a parapet and an end stack on the left side. It is two storeys tall with an attic and a basement. The first floor has two windows with glazing bar sashes, while the ground floor has a single window near a central canted bay, which also has glazing bar sashes on three sides. To the right, there is a recessed arched entrance with a panelled door and a fanlight above. Surrounding the area to the left are spearhead railings, which flank the steps leading up to the front door.
