Description

No 28 Eastport Lane is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of grey headers with red brick quoins and dressings, topped by a plain tiled half-hipped roof. The building has two storeys and features a single window front with glazing bar sashes. To the right, there is a round-headed doorway that includes a six-panel door and a Gothick-glazed fanlight above. There is also a lower two-storey extension to the right, built with similar materials, which has one sliding sash window on both floors.
