Description

22 and 23 Church Path is a former vicarage that dates back to the early 18th century and has been divided into two dwellings. The building features a hipped, tiled roof with end chimneys and a long, pent extension on the right side. The front is made of painted brick and has a brick dentil cornice. There are three early 19th century casement windows and two doors located under cornice hoods supported by curved brackets. A central double door is situated under a wider, similar hood, with another door found in the right extension. This property, along with the Church Art Studio and the Church of St Peter in The Square, forms a cohesive group.
