House and attached garden wall. Late C18. Coursed, dressed gritstone; stone slate roof. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 2-window range; attached garden wall across Mill Street frontage. House with large quoins. Central doorway with ashlar surround to door of 6 fielded panels, top 2 panels glazed. 2-light mullioned windows with square-faced surrounds and chamfered mullions (those to ground floor renewed); plain sashes. Plain kneelers and ashlar gable copings. Blue-brick end stacks. INTERIOR: not inspected. Low garden wall with triangular copings and square-sectioned gatepiers opposite the front door.
