Description

This is a tombstone located at the Friends Burial Ground, 4.5 metres north of Chestnut Farmhouse, dating from 1685. It is made of gritstone and has a broken top, standing approximately 3 feet high. The inscription reads 'T R Buried 2nd 10th MONTH ANO 1685 and gr DEPARTED THIS LIFE 1712 OF OCTOBER 1735 Agc'.
