GV II

Front garden wall and gate piers. Early C19. Limestone rubble with gritstone copings and piers. The pairs of gatepiers to each house are of rectangular section with rounded tops and are linked by a curved wall approximately 1.7m in height; rounded copings. Wall continues to left but is overgrown. To right of Butts Cottage gateway is a short section of (2.5m) wall as rest. Forms part of a group together with Butts Cottage and Woodside Cottage (qv).
