Description

The side garden wall to Spring Cottage is likely from the early 19th century. It is constructed of limestone rubble with sandstone copings. The wall is attached to the left side of Spring Cottage. There is a pedestrian gateway near the house, which is spanned by a flat coping. The wall has been reduced in height and curves around to enclose the side garden, featuring rounded copings. This wall contributes to the overall setting of Spring Cottage.
