Description
This guide pillar, dating from the 19th century, is located at the junction with Peat Pits Lane on the north-east side of the junction. It is made of gritstone, measuring approximately 18 inches square and standing 4 feet tall. The original inscription has been infilled. On the south face, the word "BRADFIELD" is painted, and on the west face, "BRIGHTHOLMLEE" is painted. There are direction-indicating fingers below each word.
