Pair of houses now 3 dwellings. Late C18. Coursed, squared gritstone, punched finish. C20 cement-tile roof. Originally a reflected pair with a parallel range to rear, all under twin roof. 3 storeys, 4 windows to first floor. Plinth, large quoins. To each house, an off-centre panelled door in chamfered quoined reveals with deep lintel. Right doorway has an inserted door to its right. Flanking 3-light square-faced stone mullion windows to each floor all with narrow mullions and wood casements. Moulded kneelers, gable copings. Corniced ashlar end and ridge stacks. 2-storey house adjoining to right not of special interest.
