Description
Stoneheath and the adjoining house are a pair of houses built in the late 18th century. They are constructed from ashlar gritstone and feature projecting quoins, moulded kneelers, coped gables, and end ashlar ridge stacks, with the eastern stack now made of brick. The roof is covered with Welsh slate. The buildings rise three storeys and have two bays, typically featuring glazing bar sashes set in flush stone surrounds. The second-floor windows are linked at their heads by a continuous eaves band course. The doorways have massive quoins surrounding them and are topped with moulded flat canopies supported by stone brackets. The east side has a 19th-century panelled door, while the west side has a 20th-century half-glazed door.
