KILDALE Range of farm buildings approx. 5 metres to east of West House
GV II
Range of farm buildings. Mid-late C18, of different builds; altered. Pigsty block of rubblestone brought to course, cowhouse block of coursed squared herringbone-tooled stone; pantile roofs with stone copings and ridges. One-storey 2-bay pigsty on left with loose boxes behind in added rear outshut; breaking forward on right, 3-bay cowhouse with loft over; lean-to former privy against right return. Paired stabled doors to pigsty with a trough chute on right set below steps up to gable loft door. Central stable door to cowhouse having small slatted opening on right and later window in probably- enlarged opening on left.Eaves band to cowhouse. Block kneelers. Pigsty block has trough chute to left return and stable door to outshut, and another stable door at rear. Former privy has board door at rear.
