Description

BOLTBY - SE 48 SE 6/5 Garage range approx. 15 metres to north-west of Raventhorpe Mill GV II Barn and stable with loft over, now garage and outhouse. Mid C18, alterations. Coursed, squared, herringbone-tooled stone; pantile roof. Single storey with loft over right-hand bay; 3 bays, right bay lower. Plinth. C20 sliding garage door on left with board stable door under stone lintel with iron strap to its right. Shaped kneelers, ashlar coping. Right return: board stable door and 8-pane fixed window under timber lintel. Low board door with timber lintel in gable. Included for group value.
