Description
The property comprises a 17th-century barn and outbuilding range, partially converted into a dwelling, along with a stable range and a further stable. The barn and outbuilding range is constructed of coursed squared stone with a stone slate roof. It is a two-story, six-bay range, featuring a cartway on the left side. Modern doors and irregular window openings containing 20th-century casements are visible. The interior has not been inspected. A stable range forms a cross-wing to the left, likely dating from the 17th century. It is built of coursed rubble stone with large timber framing and brick infill on the left side, and has a stone slate roof. It is a single-story structure with an attic, featuring a five-window range and casement windows. A gabled dormer is located on the left, and a grain door is present on the right. The interior of this stable range has not been inspected. A small stable stands to the right, probably dating from the 18th century, constructed of coursed stone rubble with a stone slate roof. This is a single-story, five-bay range with a stable door to the left of centre and a carriage door to the right. The facade has regularly arranged casement windows. The interior remains uninspected. The stable is included in the listing due to its group value.
