Description
Yewtree is a house that likely dates from the early 18th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed from coursed stone rubble and features a stone slate roof with stone stacks at each end. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a two-window range. There is a 20th-century sash door in the centre, topped with a wooden lintel. On either side of the door, there are 20th-century two-light casements with chamfered wooden lintels that have ogee end stops, as well as a 20th-century two-light casement on the right side of the first floor. The left side of the first floor has a 20th-century two-light casement with a wooden lintel. A gabled dormer is located at the centre of the attic. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included for its group value.
