Description

The Bell House is a house that likely dates from the mid-18th century. It is constructed from uncoursed stone rubble and features a stone slate roof with stone end stacks. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a range of four windows. All openings have 20th-century wooden cross-windows topped with segmental stone heads. There is a round-arched niche in the centre of the first floor, which includes impost blocks and a keystone, and a bell is located within this niche. The house also has four 20th-century gabled full dormers and 20th-century doors on the right return. The interior has not been inspected.
