7/139 Barn and outhouse about 40 metres 11.10.63 south east of Heronden

GV II Barn and stable/outhouse, now garaging. C17, extended and altered C18, rebuilt C20. Timber framed and clad with weather boarding and red brick and extended with red brick. Plain tiled roof. Hipped roof with hipped mid-strey and garage doors to left. Stable range projecting at right, with half hipped roof and hipped loft dormer to left over garage doors, boarded door and rib and stud door to right. Tile hung turret with cupola and clock face. Interior; barn of 4 bays and aisles with terminal outshot, quadrant bracing to arcade posts and clasped purlin roof. Stable range much repaired and rebuilt. Included for group value.
