Description

Millbank Cottages is a pair of houses located on the south side of Eastry Mill Lane. They were built in the 19th century and feature painted brick with a plain tiled roof. The cottages are two storeys high and have a hipped roof with a brick dentil eaves cornice. There are stacks positioned at the left end and in the centre of the roof. Each cottage has two sash windows with vertical bars on the left and two wooden casement windows on the right on both floors, with the ground floor windows having segmental heads. There are boarded doors on both the left and right sides. The initials "W H C" are found at the top left, indicating subsequent owners or alterations, dated to 1900.
