Description

College Farmhouse is an early 18th-century house constructed from limestone rubble brought to course. It features a four-cell plan, which was likely originally a hearth passage but has undergone significant alterations. At the rear, there is a single-storey cross wing. The garden facade is two storeys high and has four first-floor windows. There is a half-glazed door with one four-pane sash window to the left and two sash windows to the right. On the first floor, there is a blocked window above the doorway and sixteen-pane sash windows. The building has gable coping and a shaped kneeler on the right side, along with end and ridge stacks.
