Farmhouse. Mid-late C18 and C19, altered. Coursed squared herringbone-tooled stone; pantiled roof with stone coping and ridges; stone stacks. C18 house of 3 bays, the 2 on left of 2 storeys, that on right of one storey with through-passage; in C19 a further bay added to right and the 2 right-hand bays slightly heightened. C18 section has plinth. C20 part-glazed door to bay 3. 4-pane side-sliding sash with 3-pane overlight to left bay; a C20 small- pane casement window below tripartite lintel to bay 2; a 12-pane side-sliding sash to bay 4. On 1st floor a 4-pane side-sliding sash to bays 1 and 2, and a small 4-pane sash to bay 2. Hollow- moulded eaves band. Shaped kneelers. End stacks, that at left end shouldered and corniced. Rear: blocked opposing doorway; small light under eaves to left section; right section has two 3-light windows on each floor, all but that to 1st floor right with small- pane glazing.
