Description
The farm buildings to the west of The Holme Farmhouse are 18th-century structures comprising a byre and a stable, built in two phases. They are constructed from coursed, tooled sandstone and feature pantiled roofs with stone ridges, copings, and kneelers. The buildings are two storeys high and consist of one and two bays. The stable on the left has a single stable-type door, while the byre on the right has two similar doors and an external stone stair leading to the boarded door on the left. There is also a pitching door on the first floor to the left. The rear extensions, which have corrugated-iron roofs, are not considered of special interest.
