The exterior features renewed incised render and a Welsh slate roof. The building is two storeys high, with an attic and basement, and has two wide bays.
The entrance to Sea View is accessed by two steps leading up to a platform, followed by two more steps to the door, which has an east iron handrail and area railings. The entrance features a modern glazed door, along with a glazed basement door and a new window. The ground and first floors have 16-pane sash windows, while the dormer windows are paired 9-pane sashes, all of which have been renewed.
High Sea View has a basement entrance with a door that includes a glazed panel, and a modern pivoted casement window to the right. The ground floor has two original 12-pane sash windows, and the first floor features an original 16-pane sash window, although the dormer window has been replaced with a 9-pane sash.
