GV II House. Early C19. Herringbone-tooled coursed sandstone; Welsh slates. Belmont Place front two storeys, attic and basement, one bay and a narrow right staircase bay. Ground floor through-passage (to Esplanade) has six-panel door. Twelve-pane sash above. Plain fixed attic window; Two small staircase lights, the lower chamfered at right. Esplanade elevation of One and a half bays, all modern windows except for sixteen-pane sash above passage. Tall chimney at left. Included for group value.
