Description

This is an 18th-century barn located 20 meters east of Arnewood Manor Farmhouse. It is constructed of brick and features an old plain tile roof. The barn has five bays and a lean-to at the road end. The farmyard side includes double doors in the road end bay, accompanied by a sloping buttress. There is a high set S-shaped tieplate in the center. Additionally, there are double doors in the second bay from the far end. The hip-roofed lean-to at the road end has doors on the side and end, along with sloping buttresses on the end, suggesting it may have served as an animal engine house.
