This is a pair of early 19th-century houses located on Romsey Road. The walls are of brick, with different brick bonds used in each house: Flemish bond in number 12 and Flemish Garden Wall bond in number 13. The ground-floor openings are cambered, and the eaves have brick dentils. The roof is tiled, with a hipped design at the east end. The east elevation is symmetrical, though a small extension was added later to the north side. The houses have 2.2.1 windows.
