Description
12 and 13 Lower Hall Lane is a pair of houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed of brick in Flemish bond and feature a slate roof. The buildings have a symmetrical design with three storeys and two bays. The windows are sashed with glazing bars and have stone sills. The ground and first floor windows are topped with stone lintels that include stepped false voussoirs and keystones. The doors are located at the outer sides of the facade and are accessed by external stone steps. They have timber reveals and round heads, which are framed by stone surrounds with keystones and impost blocks. There are chimneys situated between the bays.
