Description
This is a pair of houses, now offices, dating from the early to mid-19th century. The houses are constructed of stuccoed brick and have three storeys and three bays, with bays one and two projecting slightly. The windows have architraves; the ground floor windows have floating cornices, and the first floor windows have a sill band. The windows are generally sash windows with glazing bars, except for the ground floor and second floor windows in the first and second bays, which are sash windows without glazing bars. The doors, located to the left of the first bay and in the third bay, are flanked by pilasters and feature round heads with fanlights. The roof is hidden behind a parapet, which has lost its cornice. The building is part of a formal arrangement with number 31 Bradford Street.
