Description
Tinsleys Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage that has been extended. It features painted brick with a painted cob addition and a thatched roof. The cottage is 1½ storeys high and has two bays, with a lower bay added to the road end. The front includes a tiled gabled porch with an arched opening and outward-opening doors at the right centre of the right bay. Each bay has a two-light casement window. The left-hand end is made of cob. Above the right bay, there is a two-light eyebrow dormer. The roof ridge and eaves slope down to the added bay, which has a half-hipped gable. There is a stack on the left-hand gable.
