Description
Hinton House Cottages is an early 19th-century cottage that has been altered in the 20th century. It is constructed from rendered cob and scantling timber-frame with painted brick infill, topped with a thatched roof. The building is 1½ storeys high and has two bays, with an additional store bay added to one end. The front features a 20th-century outshot porch that includes an old six-panel door and side-lights at the center. On the left side, there is a casement window with an eyebrow dormer above it, while the right side has a two-light casement window. The roof is hipped, with a stack at the left-hand end and a low, framed store bay on the right side that has a half-hipped roof.
