School, now workshop. Late C18. Painted brick, thatch roof. Single storey 3 bay with porch at one end. Front has pointed 2-light Y-tracery window, pilaster between and each end. Roof ½-hipped to LH and hipped to RH. Porch to RH has plank door with corner pilaster and hipped roof.
