BEAULIEU HATCHET LANE SU 30 SE 11/4 Hatchet Gate Lodge II Lodge to Beaulieu Manor Estate. Late C18. Brick, old plain tile roof. End onto road, 1½ storey, 2 bay building, outshot on one side. Road end has round-headed opening with imposts to porch, in outshot on LH. 2-light segmental head casements on both floors. Roof 1/2-hipped. Ridge stack between bays.
