Description
Manor House and Manor Cottage are two houses that likely date back to the 17th century, with later extensions. They are constructed of roughcast stone and feature a slate roof. The buildings are two storeys high and have seven irregular bays. There is a rough projecting base, and most of the windows are sashed with single glazing bars and horns, except for a casement window located in the first bay of the ground floor. The entrances are situated in the second and fifth bays. The structure has a small stack at the rear of the ridge, two cross-axial stacks, with the second being large, and a gable-end stack. The rear of the building includes a continuous outshut under a catslide roof and two gabled wings. Additionally, there is a 20th-century flat-topped dormer and a stack in the roof slope.
