Description

This limekiln, located immediately to the south-west of the former Bankspring Brewery, dates from the 19th century. It is constructed from stone rubble and is built into the slope of the ground. The structure features two segmental arched fire holes. At the top, there is a later round structure that serves as a charge hole.
