Description

No. 6 North Street is a house with a shop, likely dating from the 17th century or earlier, and was remodeled in the mid-19th century. The front is rendered, probably over a timber frame, and it has a slated roof. The building is two storeys high with a garret and features two windows across its width. The mid-19th century shop front includes pilasters and an entablature, with two display windows that have six panes each. The house door is located to the right. On the upper storey, there are two-paned sash windows set in flush frames. A dormer window with a pent roof contains a four-light wood casement, where the two central lights have six panes and the outer lights have two panes each.
