Description

No. 8 North Street is a house with a shop that dates from the mid-19th century. It has a solid rendered front and a slated roof, with rendered chimneys on each gable end. The building stands three storeys high and is three windows wide. The ground storey features a late 20th-century shop front, while the upper storeys have 2-paned sash windows with horns. A deep eaves cornice supported by scrolled brackets adds to its architectural detail.
