Detached cottage. C17. Square-panelled timber framing with passing braces and brick infill. Concrete tile roof. C20 brick stacks. Gable end facing road painted brick. Rectangular plan to main body with a single storey lean-to at the left gable end extension at right angles at rear not of special interest: Two storey, 2-windowed garden front. All C20 three-light wood casements. Single-light and 2-light casements in gable end. Access via C20 extension at rear. Projectng stack at left gable end now incorporated into a lean-to. Off-the-ridge stack.
