Waterside warehouse or fish house. Early C19, possibly earlier. Painted brick, some light timber-framing, plain tile roof. A small but lofty gabled rectangular structure, rising direct from Mill Avon on its W side in 2 storeys and attic. S gable has C20 door, and thin horizontal timbers in gable, and plain N gable, with inserted C20 door. Road front, all brickwork, has 2 tiny eaves casements over two 4-pane casements, set high and flanking plank loading door.
