Detached store in the grounds of Forthampton House (q.v.). C18 and C19. Square-panelled timber-framing with struts and painted brick infill. Weatherboarded south gable-end, brick-faced north gable end red tile roof. Rectangular main body with C19 lean-to extension left. South-facing gable-end; C19 plank door in lean- to left, 2-light casement within gable-end of main body. Interior main body; 3-bays, one original queen post roof truss one modern truss.
