Description

This is a cottage and store, likely dating from the 17th century, with an 19th-century store extension to the right. The cottage is timber-framed and panelled with pargetted plaster. It has a thatched roof with two gabled dormers. The front has a three-window arrangement, featuring various casement windows. A vertically boarded door is on the left side, and a four-panelled door is on the right. Off-centre chimney stacks are built of red brick. The store extension is partially plastered and partially of red brick, with a grey slate roof. The cottage is two stories high. A 19th-century half-paned two-light casement window is on the first floor. On the ground floor to the right is a 19th-century bay shop window, and to the left is a three-board door. A small, grey slate-roofed lean-to is attached to the right.
