Description

The boundary wall linking numbers 89 and 97 on Gloucester Street in Winchcombe is a Grade II listed structure from the 19th century. It is constructed of coursed and squared limestone, standing approximately 2.4 meters high, with a flat weathered coping. The wall features square ashlar gate piers with moulded caps, positioned about 7 meters from number 89 and approximately 2 meters apart. Near the junction with number 97, there is an arched opening that accommodates wrought iron gates. This section of the wall is particularly significant for maintaining the continuity of the street.
