GV II

Wide front house in row. Early C19 possibly C18 fabric. Limestone ashlar with chamfered plinth, concrete tile roof with brick stack off-centre left. One storey and attic, 2 gabled dormers, the right- hand one carried through at eaves, two-cross mullioned wood casements with leaded glazing centred on C20 battened door up three steps and far left, C19 plank and batten part glazed door in deep reveal into 3 steps contained, to throughway. Included primarily for group value.
