Description
Arezzo House is a house located on the north side of Woodstock Market Place. It dates from the late 17th century and was refronted in the early 19th century. The building is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with a stucco front and features a gabled concrete tile roof with a brick end stack. It has a double-depth plan and consists of two storeys and an attic, with a two-window range.
The front of the house includes a 20th-century bracketed flat hood over a late 19th-century six-panelled door, which has two glazed panels. To the right, there is a bow window with 20th-century sashes, and above it, a 20th-century tripartite sash window. The late 19th-century gabled dormer features a two-pane sash window. At the rear, there is a late 17th-century two-storey wing with a Welsh slate roof and a brick end stack, which includes a late 18th-century six-pane sash window and a two-storey projection to the left. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
