Description

The sundial and milepost at Crosshands, dated 1754, features a cylindrical plinth with an iron plate that reads "To Stroud 1 mile." The upper part is square and displays sundials on two sides. The other two sides are inscribed with the phrases "Behold now is the Accepted Time" and "Seek ye The Lord while He may be found."
