Description

This building, located on Paganhill Lane in Berkeley, dates from the 17th to 18th century. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone and features a pitched slate roof. The lower half of one chimney is made of ashlar and has a moulded cornice. The building has two storeys and includes two ranges of mullioned windows with linking hoodmoulds. One ground floor window is similarly linked to the door. Additionally, there is a range of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. Berkeley, Spring Villa, and Spring House form a group with this building.
