Description

Jasmin Villas, located on Paganhill Lane, is an early 19th-century building constructed from hammer-dressed rubble with a pitched stone roof and brick chimneys. The structure is two storeys tall and includes attics. It features four ranges of segment-headed casement windows, although the windows in No. 1 have been modernized. Additionally, there is one attic dormer with casements. Jasmin Villas, along with Kingley Cottage and Henley House, forms a group with the properties numbered 2 to 14 (even) on Westward Road.
