Description
Churchfields is a late 18th-century building located on the west side of Church Place in Rodborough. It is constructed of hammer-dressed rubble and features a modern pitched roof with an ashlar chimney. The building has two storeys and attics, with three ranges of segment-headed casements that include Gothick glazing bars, one of which is a French window. There are also three attic dormers with iron casements, two of which have lead glazing bars. Churchfields is part of a group of listed buildings in Church Place, which includes Rose Cottage, Church Cottage, the raised pavement, and the retaining wall to the churchyard in Walkley Hill.
