Description

The retaining wall to the garden of St Mary Magdalen's Church, likely built in the 19th century, runs west from just south of Rose Cottage. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone with ashlar coping. This wall, along with Rose Cottage, Church Cottage, the raised pavement, and the churchyard garden, forms a group with all the listed buildings in Church Place.
