Description

This is an early 19th-century spring house, constructed from hammerdressed rubble. It has a pitched slate roof with bargeboards at the gable ends, and brick chimneys. The building is two storeys high and features three ranges of segment-headed casements with glazing bars. It forms a group with Berkeley and Spring Villa.
