Description

Spring Villa is an 18th-century ashlar-built house located on Pagan Hill Lane, part of a group with Berkeley and Spring House. The house is two storeys high with a semi-basement and features a modern hipped roof and a brick chimney. It has two ranges of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars, one blind window above the front door, and one attic dormer with a casement window. Four stone steps lead to the front door, flanked by iron railings. The semi-basement includes one segment-headed planked door and one segment-headed casement window.
