Description
Warren House, located on Knapp Road in Wotton-under-Edge, is a large detached dwelling built in the early 19th century. The house features a rough rendered exterior and a Welsh slate roof. Its design is a long narrow block in the shape of an 'E', with a broad central pediment and narrow gables on either side. There are some later extensions at the back of the house. The building stands three storeys high and has six windows, which are fitted with sashes that include glazing bars. Notably, two of the ground floor windows have gothick heads, and there are two gable windows with Y-tracery. Additionally, there is a six-panel door located on the return wall under the staircase on the extreme right side. The main elevation also has original panelled shutters.
